Over-exposure to the sun’s UV rays can cause skin cancer and heat illness. Simple practices can help to prevent skin cancer and heat illness.

This 45-minute training video is for anyone who lives, works, or recreates under the sun. It covers the effects of solar radiation, factors that increase risk for heat illness and skin cancer, practicing sun safety at work, sunscreen, and first aid.
